Barcelona Femeni break another record

After several ups and downs Barcelona Femeni has had in the past few days, they just reach a huge milestone. 

Barca won the Women’s Super Copa this past Sunday, but celebrations were cut short after getting eliminated from La Copa de la Reina. Even after all of this, Barcelona has ve won their 50th consecutive league match today. This is the most any soccer team has ever achieved. With this, they’ve reach a goal many teams would only be able to dream about.

Barcelona Femeni currently sit on top of the Liga F with and advantage of 7 points. Their latest victory was a 7-0 win against Levantes las Palmas. The goals came form Crnogorcevi (7’ and 41’), Oshoala (25’, 56’ and 63’), Vicky López (48’) and Mariona (74’). They are currently one of the favorites to win every competition they are currently participating.

A complete domination during the entires season has been shown by Barca. They were well in their way of getting the Quadruple this year, but if the Copa de la Reina sanction stands this won’t be posible. Either way, achieving the Triplet is still a very high merit.
