Manchester City Treble hopes are higher than ever after they’ve become champions of the Premier League for the 3rd time in a row.

Manchester City players celebrating after a goal after becoming Premier League champions

Man City has crowded themself as Premier League champions for a third time in a row after Arsenal was defeated by Nottingham Forest 1-0. They now have 4 points over Arsenal with three games left to play while Arsenal only has one left.

City was going to look for the three points on Sunday against Chelsea to win the cup, but Arsenal didn’t want to make them wait that long. They have won the league five times out of the past six seasons. This is their 10th league title and Pep Guardiola has won 40% of them.

This title race has been a very challenging one for Manchester City. For most of the season Arsenal sited on top and it wasn’t until recently that things changed. For the winter break, Arsenal sat first and everyone was speculating they had it in their bag. City wasn’t gonna give up that easily.

Now, with the League secure they have one thing less they need to be worried about. Their focus has now changed to the UCL and the FA Cup. Firstly, they will face Manchester United in the FA Cup final on June 3rd. Secondly, they will face Inter Milan in the UCL final after defeating Real Madrid 4-0.

If they managed to win both games they will become the first English team of the century to win the Treble. The last time it was won by an English team was in 1999 by Manchester United.

With Erling Haaland’s 36 goals in a season record City are hungry for more.

Will they win the Treble? Tell us what your predictions are in the comment section.
