Aryna Sabalenka participates in her first ever major final and wins it. Her match was against Elena Rybakina, who’s last year’s Wimbeldon Champion.
The match started with Sabalenka loosing the first se 4-6. This didn’t stop her and she came back and won both of the coming sets (6-3, 6-4).
Aryna got to 3 other semifinals last year, but couldn’t pass them. This time things change, she got to the final and won it, being this her first ever major trophy.

This win is not only going to bring more recognition to Sabalenka, but a great mental boost. This win has given her a taste of what she can achieve. It will be up to her and her dedication if she keeps growing and getting more championship wins.
