“Los Tigres del Licey” are proclaimed national champion for the 23rd time

Licey are proclaimed national champions of the Dominican Republic for the 23rd time in their history. With the help of player like Emilio Bonifacio, Jorge Alfaro, and many more spectacular player they were able to climb all the way to gaining this years crown.

They won each of the 3 phases the Dominican baseball has. Dominating the entire season with incredible plays on defense and on offense, wining games for outrageous amounts of point difference and more.

By wining the tournament, Licey, gets to be the team which represents the Dominican Republic on the Caribbean Series which is going to be play on Gran Caracas this year.
