The Elite 16 tournament was hosted this past week in Hamburg, Germany. Teams from all around the world participate continuing with the Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour.

In the women’s category, we saw complete dominance from Duda and Ana Patrícia, the Brazilians. They came into the final as clear favorites to win. The pair that sits as the number one in the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Ranking, came to continue their winning streak over the Americans Taryn Kloth and Kristen Nuss.

It wasn’t a walk in the park for the Brazilians since the number three seeds managed to give battle. However, this wasn’t enough to win the gold.

Duda and Ana Patrícia only needed the first two sets to liquidate the match. They won the first set 21-16 and the second set 21-17. With this, they have won their third title of the season only missing one other Beach Pro Tour event. The only one they have lost is the Montréal tournament where they finished fifth place.

The Brazilians went to celebrate their podium as the entire Am Rothenbaum Stadium saw the two legends.

How many more trophies are Duda and Ana going to win with such dominating power?
